REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER | ART THERAPIST | HSP | SHE/HER
In my practice I cultivate a sensitive, nurturing environment, where we can explore some of life's deeper questions with kindness and care. We weave together insights from the evolving fields of neuroscience, trauma, and mental health, with your family history, lived experiences, and intuitive wisdom.
roots
Being born and raised in the prairies planted a love for nature and all things creative. I have lived and worked in the beautiful Bow Valley since 2013, offering individual and group therapy for adults. Over the years, my relationships have taught me about the value of listening, the protective power of connection, and our innate instinct for healing and growth through different seasons. Every day, I am inspired by the people I work with and our collective capacity for care and resilience.
Since becoming a Social Worker in 2007, I've had the honour of counselling adults from across Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario. I've worked in outpatient mental health clinics, in urban and rural settings, nonprofit agencies, and with private organizations.
As a highly sensitive introvert, I chose to pursue a specialization in art therapy during the pandemic to expand my skills and help people reclaim their creativity as a gentle wellness resource. This breadth of experience has rooted my practice in a holistic, relationship-oriented approach that provides a secure base for growth.

core values
Collaboration
We work together to co-create a process that works for you. Your voice is important, necessary, and included in every step of the path.
Curiosity
We hold space to wonder and question together. We view questioning as a strength and not a deficit. We practice doing this gently.
Justice
We are empowered when we have options. Suffering is often rooted in systemic oppression. We will explore the barriers on your path.
Connection
We are a social species that can only thrive in relationship - with ourselves, with each other, and with our planet.
